Who we
Media and Corporate Culture
Hluma is anything but a traditional agency.
Instead, it’s a purpose-built business, one that seek to be impact-driven and legacy-building. We seek to connect people (to brands, to one another, and to their greater purpose).
.
BIG ON INTEGRATION
Instead of sticking to one lane, we traverse several. Our solutions are above-the-line, below-the-line, through-the-line, and over the fence (as both media buyers and owners, external brand auditors and internal culture shapers).
BIG ON SMALL
Pared down, nimble and fast, there are no middlemen here. Rather, you’ll find a collective of highly specialised and passionate people – each having honed their skills in their individual fields so that together – we can deliver world-class work on time, within budget, every time.
BIG ON RESULTS
We really value value (that’s not a typo). We believe our values underpin everything we do. And by living them out, and empowering our clients to do likewise, we seek to add real, lasting value too. We thrive on delivering relevant creative solutions and tangible results. Our solutions are always strategic, data-driven and collaboratively created.
BIG ON BETTER
We’re passionate about purpose: doing all we can to make the world (and our country) a better place for our children. That’s why we strive to ensure that every brand and project we put our name to is better for it. As we do – our hope is that we all grow, prosper and thrive.
BIG ON COLLABORATION
We prize perseverance and teamwork. Together, we work smart and hard. We leave our egos (and titles) at the door, roll up our sleeves and do whatever needs to be done to get the job done.
